At Tykables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like opened diapers or intimate apparel cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Tykables account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
